“Life is like a wave. So catch it.”

I have always been a high achiever, with over 14 years of experience working in multinational firms such as PwC Consulting and Naspers. I’ve lived in Madrid, Paris, Warsaw, and Turin, and I used to define my value solely by my job.

Frequently moving between countries prompted me to ask myself many questions: Who am I? What do I bring? What makes me happy and fulfilled? How do I want to shape my life? What kind of mother do I want to be?

In 2015, I decided to set up my own start-up dedicated to women. It was then that I realized I wanted to make a real impact on the lives of women around me.

In July 2022, circumstances led me to move to Italy at the age of 37. This experience forced me to start from scratch, challenged all my beliefs, and pushed me completely out of my comfort zone. This journey into the unknown was simultaneously the hardest and most rewarding experience I’ve ever had.

It allowed me to reconnect with myself, change my mindset, and start living on my own terms, not according to others' expectations. I stopped being a victim and became the protagonist—the creator of my life, my dreams, and my daily existence. It allowed me to find happiness in the present moment, recognize my true value based on who I am, not what I achieve, and discover my purpose in life. This is why I want to share my experiences and techniques with other women, so that they too can become fulfilled and successful women. So that they can reconnect with themselves and start living life to the fullest. So that they can speak up with courage and reach new goals with self-confidence.

I am a certified Master Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), hold a Business Coaching Diploma from PwC, am a graduate of The Life Coach School and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach from Symbiosis Coaching. I use techniques learned from the positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy and am happy to conduct coaching sessions in English, Polish, Italian, and French.

I find a true passion in providing support for female leaders and create an inclusive environment for all leaders in their leadership path.
