This 3 day retreat in the private villa of a ayurvedic wellness center surrounded by unique nature is for 9 women who feel they are meant for something more in their professional life but they miss the courage to make it happen. Who are ready to find their true-selves and build self-confidence that will never go away.

For women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, who want to start trusting themselves and design the life they truly want. It doesn’t matter if you work or not, it’s enough you feel deep inside you deserve something more professionally.

Friday – Unlock what blocks you (body)

• 12:00-14:00 - Arrivals

• 14:00–15:00 - Introduction to the retreat by Weronika

• 15:00–16:30 – Somatic & intuitive bodywork to release any blocks from your body. A deep and transformative journey into the wisdom of your body. In this workshop, we’ll explore Somatic Intuition-the subtle, intelligent signals your body constantly gives you and how to listen, trust, and move with them. You will rebuild your inner strength and move from survival to self-trust.

• 16:30-18:30- First group coaching session with Weronika: Releasing mental and emotional blocks. We go deeper into the layers that still hold you back: fear, guilt, shame, or doubt. Through somatic practices, visualization and sharing, you’ll begin to free yourself from these beliefs and emotions so they no longer control your choices. I will show you tools to manage what holds you back.

• 19:00 – Dinner

Saturday – Connect with your true self (mind& emotions)

• 09:30–10:30- Optional Yoga

• 10h30-13:30 –Group coaching session with Weronika: Connect with your desires and your true self. You’re so used to living on autopilot doing what’s expected, pleasing others, managing day-to-day demands that you’ve lost touch with your intuition, desires, and deeper purpose. We will discover what are your professional desires and values (not the others) and reconnect with your emotional truth. You’ll be invited to listen to your body, feel your emotions, and connect with your deeper self, the part of you that already knows what you need.

• 13:30–14:30 – Lunch

• 14:30–15:30 – Relax in bioorganic swimming pond/sauna/meditation in the relaxation room of the OM winter garden

• 15:30–17:00 – Somatic & intuitive bodywork to release any blocks from your body.

• 19:00 – Dinner

Sunday - Design your future with confidence (action)

• 09:30–12:00 – Group coaching session: After unlocking what’s been holding you back and reconnecting with your true self, it’s time to create your next chapter in life with clarity, confidence and a true intention. We will go through the obstacles and help you with your procrastination part so that you make your plan happen.

• 12:00–13:00 – Lunch

• 13:00–15:00 - Closing of the retreat

• 15:00–18:00 – Relax in bioorganic swimming pond/sauna/Meditation/Departures
